We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to own our Lead Allocation & Delivery. This is a critical role responsible for connecting consumers (buyers, sellers, renters) with the right customers (brokers, agents, lenders). Your work will directly impact our business by maximizing revenue and customer success. You’ll be leading the charge to ensure lead quality with the right spam prevention mechanisms, build a dynamic allocation engine that can instantly adapt to a volatile market, and own fast, reliably, and accurately delivery of leads to our customers via API and email.

It’s a complex and exciting challenge that will require you to use your full range of product skills while collaborating with engineering, data science, analytics, and other key partners.

What you'll do:

  • Product Vision & Strategy: You will develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for our dynamic lead allocation platform, broken down into clear, achievable milestones that are aligned with the company objectives. You will own and prioritize the product’s roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term strategic investments. You will identify opportunities to maximize revenue per lead while helping drive the perception of lead quality.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators: You will define and track key success metrics (e.g., lead quality score, fulfillment rate, lead delivery rate) to measure impact. You will use data and analytics to identify trends, root causes issues, and opportunities for improvement. You will lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from discovery through delivery and iteration.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: You will leverage data to inform product decisions, validate hypotheses, and drive continuous improvement of our lead allocation, and delivery. You will collaborate with analytics and data teams to ensure accurate, actionable reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder & Partner Engagement: You will be the primary point of contact for lead definition, allocation rules, and fulfillment. You will act as the go-to partner for other teams, thoughtfully prioritizing their needs against your own roadmap. You will partner closely with engineering, analytics, data science, finance, and operations teams to ensure successful feature launches.

How we work:

We balance creativity and innovation on a foundation of in-person collaboration. For most roles, our employees work three or more days in our offices, where they have the opportunity to collaborate face-to-face, adding richness to our culture and strengthening our impact.

What you'll bring:

  • 15+ years in product management or a related role, preferably in marketplace or lead generation environments, or related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of data delivery via API.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
