As a Principal Product Manager focused on the Consumer experience, you’ll define the strategy and roadmap for transformative digital initiatives. This isn’t about a single product line — we’re hiring for multiple consumer areas, and through the interview process, we’ll align on where your expertise best fits.
You’ll work from first principles of customer need and take a technology-forward approach to shape what healthcare should be. Partnering with design, engineering, clinical, and marketing teams, you’ll bring new products to life that don’t just respond to health concerns — they anticipate them.
You Will:Define and drive the product strategy for transformative consumer healthcare experiences that align with our long-term vision and deliver measurable outcomes.
Translate customer needs and company strategy into seamless experiences that build trust, engagement, and long-term retention.
Partner with design, engineering, clinicians, and researchers to identify friction points in the journey and build empathetic, user-centric solutions.
Lead the full product lifecycle — from discovery to delivery to iteration — ensuring quality, scalability, and continuous learning through data and feedback.
Establish clear success metrics and rigorously measure impact, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business priorities.
Mentor PMs and cross-functional partners, contributing to the evolution of product practices and consumer thinking at Hims & Hers.
Serve as a champion for the next era of digital healthcare, ensuring the consumer perspective is at the heart of everything we build.
8+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years leading consumer apps at scale.
A proven record of delivering user-centric, high-impact products.
Strong strategic thinking and systems-level problem solving.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Fluency with product analytics, experimentation, and user research.
Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or subscription-based apps is a plus.
A deep empathy for users navigating sensitive health issues and a passion for using technology to improve lives.
