  • Lead change: Design and deliver change management strategies to support successful adoption of new approaches and evolving talent practices.
  • Mentor & guide peers: Provide thought leadership and mentorship within the L&TD team, sharing expertise and supporting the growth of others.
You Might Be a Fit If:
  • You have 8+ years of experience in learning & development, talent management, or a related field—designing programs that deliver measurable impact across employees, managers, and senior leaders.
  • You bring deep expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and modern approaches that make learning engaging, impactful, and scalable.
  • You’ve applied AI and emerging technologies to reimagine solutions that solve for learning and career development - pioneering smarter, more personalized solutions.
  • You have a proven track record of creating and delivering learning and talent development experiences that drive both individual growth and organizational performance.
  • You’re highly skilled in program / project management, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
  • You’re an experienced facilitator who can deliver impactful learning experiences both virtually and in person for a wide range of audiences.
  • You’re a collaborative partner and strong communicator, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels and drive alignment across teams.
  • You thrive in autonomy - prioritizing effectively, making strategic decisions with confidence, and rallying others around a clear vision and plan.
  • You’ve worked with external vendors and suppliers to deliver high-impact learning solutions.
  • You bring a growth mindset, with the courage to pilot bold new approaches and the curiosity to continuously learn and evolve.
Why this Role:
  • You’ll get to experiment boldly with AI—piloting new approaches, testing fresh ideas, and pushing the boundaries of what learning and career growth can look like.
  • You’ll join a highly talented team of curious, driven people who genuinely support each other and are committed to learning, growing, and doing great work.
