We are seeking a seasoned Principal Project Manager to lead complex, mission-critical projects in the Go-to-Market (GTM) Business Applications group that drive CyberArk's strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who excels in navigating ambiguity, driving agile transformations, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise business applications projects across diverse business domains, ensuring alignment with CyberArk's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with business teams, operations and IT to translate business goals into actionable Projects roadmaps and technical workstreams.
- Design, implement, and optimize project delivery frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall), tailoring processes to team maturity levels.
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, vendor relationships, and client communications to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Manage junior project managers and mentor and develop team leads, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Identify and mitigate risks, turning around underperforming projects through creative problem-solving and decisive leadership.
- Manage project scope, and timelines and collaborate with BizApps team managers on resource allocation and capacity monitoring with a focus on delivering business value and ROI.
- Lead organizational change management initiatives to support agile transformations and operational evolution.

Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in project/program management with a proven track record of leading large-scale digital, technical, or strategic initiatives.
- PMP and/or CSM certification; MBA preferred.
- Demonstrated success working with global teams in hi-tech enterprise companies.
- Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies, with hands-on experience implementing and coaching agile practices.
- Exceptional leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across onshore and offshore environments.
- Experience leading and presenting in steering committee meetings on strategic initiatives.
- Strong stakeholders’ relationship management capabilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, MS Project or Asana.

The salary range for this position is $130,000 – $190,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
