As the Integrated Marketing Campaigns Manager for application performance, you'll play a vital role in shaping and executing a cross-functional, high-impact campaign. Collaborating with teams across growth, product marketing, marketing operations, and sales development, you'll lead the charge in developing strategies that accelerate pipeline and drive business growth for Application Performance monitoring.
What You'll Do
Drive the success of your integrated campaign by fostering engagement with key personas and accelerating pipeline growth.
Craft compelling campaign customer journeys, ensuring strategies and tactics align with business goals.
Develop targeted programs that address objectives, deliver messaging, and respond to market needs.
Manage and optimize program tactics across channels like webinars, email marketing, paid digital, and more.
Ensure every program maintains consistency, cohesiveness, and high quality across all touchpoints.
Arm cross-functional teams with campaign materials for scalability across GEOs.
Develop engaging program packages partnering with product and content marketing, including promotional content, landing pages, email campaigns, banners, and other assets.
Collaborate with digital, marketing operations, and sales development teams to create effective follow-up plans.
Gather and share feedback with stakeholders to refine and enhance campaigns.

Minium Requirements
4+ year experience in demand marketing with experience building and executing programs to drive pipeline.
Preferred Requirements
Experience with Salesforce, Marketo and other marketing tools a plus.
Results-driven, with a passion for building integrated marketing programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
