Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders and other members of the IT organization to analyze the existing architectural landscape.
- Identify key areas of inefficiency and friction, building consensus on the root or critical problems to solve.
- Design, and drive cross functional support for strategic initiatives purpose-built to transform those inefficiencies to strengths and foundationally change our operational system design.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an architect, with a clear track record of successfully building systems at scale.
- Deep understanding of common business application architecture as well as engineering systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to design scalable, high-performance solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
