Key Responsibilities- Serve as one of the principal technical leaders of the MikMak Engineering team, owning the end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of key engineering initiatives.
- Act as a key contributor in the MikMak Engineering team driving major technical initiatives by designing and developing software that adheres to our coding standards and follows engineering best practices.
- Focus on writing well-tested and well-documented code with appropriate unit tests and automated integration tests
- Collaborate with other Engineers, Product Management, QA, and other internal stakeholders.
- Take complete ownership of features through the entire software development life cycle - from architecture/design through deployment.
- Key contributor to our CI/CD implementation.
- Contribute to the creation of technical documentation - both internal technical specifications and external facing API documentation.
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of delivering Enterprise grade features.
- Expert in C#, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Exposure to frameworks like VueJS, React, Angular
- Exposure to Python and data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn
- Experience with software architecture best practices, design patterns, and RESTful API development.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases and with NoSQL databases like MongoDB
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and Cloud native frameworks
- Experience working on CI/CD pipelines, and version control (e.g., Git).
- Proven experience to analyze, debug, and solve complex technical problems efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
