- Lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementation engagements, driving requirements gathering, solution design, business process design, prototyping, testing, training, deployment, and post go-live support across HCM modules
- Analyze and document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) business processes, leveraging Oracle HCM Cloud leading practices to design scalable and efficient solutions
- Partner with client stakeholders to understand business challenges, provide strategic guidance, and develop innovative Oracle HCM Cloud solutions that align with organizational objectives
- Provide functional leadership, mentoring, and quality oversight to offshore teams and junior consultants, ensuring adherence to project standards, timelines, and deliverables
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional HCM workstreams, technical teams, and project leadership to deliver integrated, end-to-end HCM solutions that meet business and technology requirements
- Facilitate client workshops, process design sessions, and solution demonstrations, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle
- Support solution governance, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and change management activities to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction
