The Principal Brand Strategist manages brand planning and strategy, contributing to positioning, naming, and brand insights for marketing strategies.
In the role of Principal Brand Strategist, you will be responsible for managing the brand planning and brand strategy of new and existing portfolio brands. Working across teams, you will contribute to brand positioning, brand management, naming, visual identity development, and brand insight amplification to inform a strong go-to-market strategy and resonant brand experiences.

To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $138,600 - $180,950
Zone B: $125,100 - $163,325
Zone C: $115,200 - $150,400
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

- Hands-on brand strategy: naming, portfolio alignment, research & insights, brand positioning - from conception to execution
- Experience managing and delivering on strategic cross-team projects in areas like naming, brand positioning, user testing, and brand portfolio management
- Top of funnel marketing execution experience (e.g., product launches, campaign launches, etc)
- Ability to contribute to brand planning and activation of brands - be it owning and sharing strategic POVs, copywriting, and creative strategy for our multi-product brand marketing
- Able to prioritize, manage deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment; highly organized, with the ability to work with multiple teams at once
- Strong communicator with excellent writing and presentation skills
- Broad brand experience across B2B SaaS
