What You’ll Do:
- Lead architecture and design for large-scale data platforms, processing pipelines, and identity management products.
- Define and enforce best practices for cloud services, Snowflake, Databricks, and distributed data processing frameworks.
- Champion API-first design principles to ensure scalable and flexible integration across systems.
- Provide technical leadership on solutions using Java, Spark, Node.js, and Python.
- Rapidly assess new situations, design effective solutions, and establish a clear path to implementation.
- Mentor engineers and architects, enabling them to adopt and maintain the solutions you deliver.
- Partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to align technology strategy with organizational goals.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend innovations that drive business value.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related technical field required.
- 12+ years' experience in data engineering, distributed systems or platform architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to lead architecture strategy and mentor engineers.
- Deep expertise in large-scale data processing, identity management, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, and cloud services.
- Proficiency in Java, Spark, Node.js, Python and modern API-first architectures.
- Ability to jump into new challenges, design scalable solutions, and guide teams to implement them.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex technical solutions for both engineers and business leaders.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in AdTech platforms and related data ecosystems.
- Background in AI/ML development.
- Certifications in Snowflake, Databricks, or major cloud platforms.
