Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

The Global Customer Care & Servicing Support team serves as a strategic partner to Consumer Operations, B2B Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and Data & Analytics organizations. We are responsible for delivering operational excellence, strengthening risk management practices, driving regulatory compliance, and enabling scalable, consumer-centric processes across a complex global operating environment.  As the Principal, Global Care & Servicing Support, you will provide strategic leadership for global operational support functions serving both B2B and B2C processes. You will lead the development of process governance frameworks, operational risk management practices, regulatory readiness activities, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance performance, reduce risk, and improve consumer outcomes.  This role requires an experienced financial services leader who combines strong operational risk expertise, deep process management capabilities, and strategic thinking to drive transformation across a highly matrixed organization. You will work closely with Operations, Compliance, Legal, Audit, Product, Technology, and Analytics teams to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, strengthen controls, and deliver measurable business value.  Operating in a global environment, you will establish best practices, create governance standards, prioritize operational enhancements, and champion automation and process optimization initiatives that support sustainable growth and regulatory compliance.  This is a hybrid role operating primarily on GMT hours.


Required Knowledge And Experiences

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 15+ years of experience within financial services, banking, fintech, payments, consumer lending, credit, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Significant experience leading operational risk, regulatory, compliance, process governance, or operational excellence programs.
  • Demonstrated success driving large-scale process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of operational risk frameworks, controls, governance practices, and risk management methodologies.
  • Experience partnering with Compliance, Legal, Audit, Technology, and Operations functions in a complex matrixed organization.
  • Experience evaluating regulatory requirements and translating them into sustainable operational processes and controls.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience working across multiple geographies, cultures, and time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting consumer financial services operations.
  • Experience with regulatory examinations, audits, compliance testing, or regulatory change management.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement expertise.
  • Experience leading global operations support or governance functions.
  • Knowledge of consumer protection regulations and operational risk management practices.
  • Experience designing and implementing KPI/KRI and operational performance frameworks.
