You will report directly to our Industrial Solutions North American Sales Director, and you’ll work in the United States (Houston, TX preferred) on a fully remote work schedule, plus 25% travel.

By mentoring account managers and sales teams, you will contribute to the company's growth, customer satisfaction, and market leadership.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with adsorption fundamentals and alumina chemistry.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
WE VALUE:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferentially a degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- Experience with alumina-based catalyst products/chemistry
- Understanding of adsorption/treating/purification applications in Midstream Natural Gas, Industrial Gas, and/or Petrochemical applications.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using SalesForce.Com (SFDC).

PAY EQUITY
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $180,000 - $270,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $180,000 - $270,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
