- Navigate delivery of approval initiatives on time, within budget, and exceeding quality standards and customer experience.
- Guide capacity planning, monitor daily work efforts, identify resource needs, conduct quality reviews, and manage issues.
- Provide expert guidance on planning documents, ensuring they are complete, current, and maintained.
- Ensure alignment and communication with all stakeholders throughout the delivery process.
- Meet proactively with internal customers for status updates, reporting, and feedback
- Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams to optimize delivery timelines.
- Manage timelines and quality of third-party vendor and internal project deliverables
- Identify and communicate risks, partnering with technical leadership for mitigation strategies.
- Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Responsible for navigating delivery of approved initiatives on time and within budget while meeting or exceeding quality standards and customer expectations.
- Guides capacity planning, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, conducting quality reviews, and managing functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
- Provides expert guidance on planning documents that are complete, current, and appropriately maintained.
- Ensures alignment through appropriate communication with all stakeholders in the delivery of the work effort being managed.
- Proactively meets with the internal customers of an assigned initiative to provide status updates and reporting and to gather related feedback.
- Facilitates collaborations with business and technical teams to optimize delivery timelines.
- Navigates implementation of timelines and quality of third party vendor and internal project deliverables.
- Identifies and communicates risks throughout each phase of delivery and partners with technical leadership to develop mitigation strategies.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
- Delivery management experience - 10+ years
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment - 6+ years
Abilities:
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
- Ability to define key performance indicators/metrics Ability to show judgment and initiative to accomplish job duties
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members Ability to implement project plans and monitor progress, resource usage and quality

- Ability to drive communication, issue resolution, and integration planning with upstream/downstream systems and departmental units
Skills:
- Extensive experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools
- Expert understanding of multiple delivery management disciplines
- Expert foundation in how to manage and balance various constraints to ensure successful delivery
- Extensive experience with conducting risk assessments and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identified
- Multi-disciplinary expertise, as scrum master, Agile coach, product owner, project manager, release train engineer, business analyst while enabling flexibility of team structure and providing efficiencies that reduce overall team role count and expenditure
- Experienced in intra team collaboration and conflict resolution, communication across platforms and with stakeholders
- Extensive experience with release management responsibilities
