About the Role

As a Pricing Systems Analyst II, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the accuracy, performance, and governance of our CIS pricing environment. You’ll be the go‑to resource for processing pricing requests, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring the integrity of our pricing conditions. This internally‑focused role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, working cross‑functionally, and delivering accurate, high‑quality work that directly supports Sales, Profit Management, and Business Operations teams.

You’ll thrive here if you’re detail‑oriented, methodical, and excited by the challenge of learning systems, improving processes, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create, update, and maintain pricing condition records in CIS, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with established governance standards.

  • Partner with Profit Managers, Sales teams, and internal business operations groups to understand pricing structure needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure clean workflow execution.

  • Evaluate complex requests by analyzing data, determining required system changes, breaking down large tasks, and implementing solutions.

  • Troubleshoot pricing‑related system issues, partnering with IT to identify defects and performing testing to validate fixes or enhancements.

  • Conduct configuration testing to ensure accurate system behavior following updates, changes, or new condition implementations.

  • Develop and maintain documentation, ensuring processes and updates are clearly outlined and easy to follow.

  • Support onboarding of new vendors, set up new supplier programs, and perform mass data loads when required.

  • Prepare and analyze ad‑hoc reporting to support decision‑making and pricing optimization efforts.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements and system efficiencies.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5–8 years of relevant work experience (pricing, operations, data integrity, or systems‑focused roles preferred).

  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze issues thoroughly and determine the most effective path forward.

  • Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple requests, and meet deadlines.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and explain system changes or issues clearly.

  • Proficiency with CIS (highly preferred for internal candidates).

  • Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, sorting/filtering, data validation, etc.).

  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.

  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while building effective working relationships.

Education

  • High school diploma required.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Certifications & Tools

  • SAP experience is a plus but not required.

Working Conditions

  • Occasional non‑standard hours or overtime based on business needs.

  • Professional office or remote work environment depending on location.

This role is open to remote applicants across the United States. Candidates currently working in a hybrid arrangement will continue to follow their existing return‑to‑office (RTO) schedule if selected.

In accordance with U.S. pay‑transparency requirements, this position offers an annual base salary range of $65,000–$80,000 USD, with the final offer determined by factors such as relevant experience, demonstrated skills, internal equity, and geographic work location.
