Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiation and Relationship Management: Lead negotiations with OEM partners for funding promotions, offers, marketing, and Boost Mobile events; maintain relationships with Samsung, Motorola, Apple, and Google; ensure alignment with Boost Mobile's strategic objectives
  • Strategy and Planning: Collaborate on strategic plans for promotions; analyze market trends and competitor activities; provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership
  • Financial and Contract Management: Collaborate with teams to create financial models and strategic plans for negotiations; ensure agreements meet financial targets and compliance; manage contract execution and compliance
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product management, marketing, and sales teams for implementation; coordinate with legal and finance departments; support VP of Product with business cases and project management
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and report on the performance of promotions and offers; update senior leadership on outcomes and impact; identify opportunities for improvement
  • Compliance and Execution: Ensure all agreements are compliant and financially sound; manage ongoing compliance with OEM partners; support leaders with task management related to negotiations


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • 7+ years total experience with 3+ years of experience in negotiation and relationship management with OEMs, particularly in the wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics industries


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop financial models and analyze market data
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of the wireless industry, including pricing, rate plans, and market trends


Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
