Key Responsibilities
Pricing Governance & Policy Management
- Maintain and continuously improve pricing policies, frameworks, and approval thresholds.
- Own and manage price lists, including effective dating, updates, and version control.
- Ensure alignment of pricing practices with corporate guidelines, compliance requirements, and market dynamics.
Discount & Exception Management
- Oversee discount approval workflows, ensuring adherence to established policies and escalation protocols.
- Track pricing exceptions, including documentation, justification, and audit readiness.
- Analyze discounting trends and exceptions to identify pricing leakage and inform policy adjustments.
Pricing Committees & Deal Governance
- Lead and coordinate key pricing governance forums, including Deal Desk and Commercial Deal Review (CDR).
- Prepare data-driven recommendations including margin impact, price realization, and financial trade-offs.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment (Sales, Finance, Market Access, Legal, Compliance) to support disciplined decision-making.
Pricing Analytics & Insights
- Develop and deliver robust pricing analytics to support strategic and tactical decisions.
- Monitor KPIs such as price realization, discount levels, gross-to-net performance, and margin trends.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify drivers of pricing performance across customers, segments, and products.
- Perform scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses to inform pricing strategies and deal structures.
- Partner with Analytics team to build dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to enable real-time pricing visibility.
- Identify opportunities for segmentation, optimization, and value-based pricing approaches.
Government Pricing & Compliance Reporting
- Support and coordinate government pricing calculations and reporting, including metrics such as Average Manufacturer Price (AMP), Best Price (BP), and 340B pricing where applicable.
- Ensure pricing practices and commercial decisions are compliant with U.S. federal and state regulations (e.g., Medicaid Drug Rebate Program, Medicare, VA/FSS considerations).
- Partner with Market Access, Finance, and Compliance to assess the downstream impact of pricing and contracting decisions on government price reporting.
- Monitor and analyze the impact of discounts, rebates, and contracts on government pricing metrics.
- Maintain documentation, audit trails, and controls to support internal and external audits.
- Contribute to governance processes ensuring that pricing decisions appropriately consider regulatory implications and reporting requirements.
Continuous Improvement & Enablement
- Partner cross-functionally to embed analytics and compliance considerations into pricing decisions.
- Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation in pricing workflows and reporting.
- Support stakeholder training on pricing policies, tools, analytics, and government pricing implications.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in pricing, contracting, commercial operations, or revenue management.
- Experience in a regulated healthcare environment (pharma, radiopharma, medical devices, or nuclear medicine).
- Strong understanding of contracting best practices, pricing methodologies, and revenue management principles.
- Demonstrated leadership with cross‑functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate insights into commercial recommendations.
Preferred
- Experience in radiopharmaceuticals, nuclear medicine, or other highly specialized, short shelf‑life product lines.
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Expertise with CRM, ERP, or CPQ systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Model N, Revitas).

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
