Position Summary:

As a Pricing FP&A Analyst, you will be on the finance team and serve as a key analytical partner — providing visibility into pricing performance, margin trends, forecasting needs, and ensuring that pricing decisions are aligned with business strategy and financial goals. This role will also support preparation of MOR materials, Board reporting, and OM/TM processes. 

Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000/year, based on experience + bonus potential  
Location - Greenwood Village, CO. Hybrid role 

Responsibilities: 

Strategic Pricing & Profitability Analysis 

  • Conduct price elasticity and sensitivity analyses to understand margin impacts by product, geography, and segment. 
  • Develop dynamic pricing models that align with margin targets and market competitiveness. 
  • Lead competitive pricing and win/loss analyses to identify opportunities for improved profitability. 
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps to establish and maintain pricing governance and approval frameworks. 
  • Identify and address margin leakage across pricing structures, discounting, and deal execution. 

Margin Planning & Forecasting (FP&A) 

  • Assist in margin forecasting and budgeting, integrating pricing and cost assumptions. 
  • Build financial models that connect pricing decisions to margin and profitability outcomes. 
  • Perform variance and scenario analyses to highlight key drivers of financial performance. 
  • Support budget and long-range financial planning with margin-based insights. 
  • Contribute to Monthly Operating Review (MOR) materials, Board reporting, and executive margin presentations by translating complex data into clear, concise narratives. 

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence 

  • Evaluate and refine pricing and FP&A processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency. 
  • Implement best practices for margin tracking, price realization, and forecasting discipline. 
  • Contribute to Monthly Operating Review (MOR) materials, Board reporting, and executive margin presentations by translating complex data into clear, concise narratives. 
  • Enhance reporting and analytical frameworks to increase visibility into margin performance. 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience in Pricing Strategy, Corporate Finance, or FP&A. 
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL). 
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes and deliver actionable insights. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience supporting executive stakeholders.
