What you will be doing:
Leading development teams
Making Proof of Concepts of our products in customers
Implementing customer demo requirements in Pre-Sales and Sales phases.
Implementing product preview features, customizations and showcases in our product roadmap
Participating in R&D activities and experimenting with bleeding edge private and public preview technologies and early adoption of those in our products
Maintaining public and private demo environments of VeriPark products
Develop and execute a product innovation strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
Identify market trends and customer needs related to banking products and translate them into innovative solutions.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback to identify product opportunities and gaps in the market.
Collaborate with design and development teams to conceptualize, prototype, and launch new banking products.
Define product requirements and specifications, ensuring they are feasible and aligned with business goals.
Drive product development processes, including roadmaps, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization.
Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements or modifications.
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact banking products.
Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
Proven track record of successfully launching innovative banking products.
Strong understanding of technology trends, digital transformation, and customer-centric product development.
Relevant certifications in product management or innovation are highly desirable.
Experience working in an IT company with a focus on banking products is preferred.
10+ years of proven experience in product management or product innovation within the banking industry.
In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities, ensuring timely delivery of products.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, development, marketing, and sales.
Proficiency in data analysis and market research methodologies.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Hands-on experience with agile product development methodologies.
Innovative mindset, constantly seeking ways to improve products and processes.
Leadership and team management capabilities, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
