Pre Sales Solution Engineer – Digital Commerce

Experlogix Digital Commerce empowers manufacturers and wholesalers to deliver fast, flexible, ERP connected B2B ecommerce experiences. As we continue our expansion across EMEA and North America, we’re looking for a Presales Solution Engineer who can elevate our product story, inspire confidence in prospects, and play a key role in driving our growth.
Role Overview
As a Presales Solution Engineer, you’ll be part of our sales team, helping prospects understand how Experlogix Digital Commerce can transform their business. Your work will blend technical insight, commercial awareness, and strong communication skills.
You will:
- Build and customise demo environments that showcase the real capabilities of our platform
- Deliver polished, engaging product demonstrations to both technical and business audiences
- Support discovery conversations, guiding prospects through architecture, integrations, and data flows
- Produce clear, professional responses to RFQs, RFPs, and security documents
- Collaborate with the sales to shape demo flow, storytelling, and use case alignment
- Provide structured feedback to influence product decisions and roadmap planning
- Play a valuable cross functional role, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure alignment as the platform evolves.
Essential Skills & Experience
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- 3+ years of experience in presales, solution engineering, technical consulting, implementation, OR hands-on B2B ecommerce management
- Familiarity with SaaS, web applications, or ecommerce platforms
- A strong understanding of web technologies (APIs, browser tools, basic troubleshooting)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Confidence working with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- The ability to operate across EMEA and North American time zones
- Full work eligibility for the US
Desirable Experience
Not essential, but an advantage:
- Exposure to ERPintegrated solutions (SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.)
- Basic UI or frontend skills (HTML, CSS, templating tools, lowcode platforms)
- Experience supporting teams across multiple regions
- Background in B2B ecommerce, wholesale, distribution, or manufacturing technology
