Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home based-Illinois $118,700 - $197,900. Total Target Cash Range: $136,600 - $227,600. Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter. If performed in Chicago, IL, the base pay range is $77,800 - $129,600, the total target cash range is $119,800 - $199,400.U.S. National Base Pay Range: $70,800 - $117,800, Total Target Cash Range: $108,800 - $181,200.
