Overview:

The PR Senior Manager/Manager (Maternity Cover) is a global leader for Precisely’s public relations efforts. This individual will own PR strategy and execution, shaping external visibility and elevating the brand across earned channels. This is a 9–12 month contract role covering a parental leave and is ideal for a senior communications professional with strong global PR experience in the B2B technology sector. The ideal candidate will be based in the US (preferred) or UK.

What you will do:

**Global PR Strategy & Execution (30%)**

  • Lead development and execution of Precisely’s global PR strategy, including message development, thought leadership positioning, spokespeople management and media targeting
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across global regions and markets
  • Collaborate with internal teams on thought leadership themes and opportunities for leverage across PR, blogs, social media and more. Participate as a handler for the executive thought leadership pilot.

**Media Relations & Story Development (25%)**

  • Build and maintain relationships with top-tier media, analysts, and influencers across North America and EMEA, with some support for APAC
  • Partner with regional PR agencies to shape narratives, identify story opportunities, and secure high-impact coverage

**Press Releases & Announcements (15%)**

  • Oversee creation, editing, translation, and approval of press releases
  • Manage global newswire distribution, working cross-functionally on timing, inputs, and approvals

**Executive & Product Visibility (10%)**

  • Coordinate executive interviews, keynote placements, and thought leadership media opportunities
  • Work closely with product and marketing leads to position announcements for maximum visibility

**Agency & Budget Management (10%)**

  • Manage day-to-day activities with global PR agencies, driving accountability, quality, and results
  • Track budget, metrics, and performance reporting in collaboration with corporate marketing leadership

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in global PR, media relations, or corporate communications
  • Demonstrated ability to lead global agency teams and secure coverage in tier-one media
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and messaging skills
  • Track record of working with senior executives and global stakeholders
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and PR metrics
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, international, and remote work environment
  • Experience with B2B software or data-centric solutions
  • Experience in both US and EMEA media markets
  • Background in journalism or media relations
  • Familiarity with PR measurement tools
