In This Role

In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy a consolidated intake and workflow management system that streamlines redundant business processes across multiple departments. You will partner with product owners, solution architects, and engineers to transform existing intake forms and workflows into a unified, scalable platform built on Azure and Microsoft Power Platform technologies. Your work will focus on front-end usability, back-end integration, and system automation, ensuring that end users experience a seamless, secure, and efficient solution. You’ll also contribute to architecture decisions, CI/CD pipeline design, and integration strategies that connect diverse data systems within the organization’s cloud ecosystem.


Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) integrated with Dataverse, SharePoint, and Azure-hosted data sources.
  • Develop custom APIs and backend services using Azure Functions, Web Apps, and REST endpoints to integrate legacy systems and third-party tools.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for automated build, testing, and deployment of application components.
  • Create Logic Apps and Power Automate workflows to orchestrate cross-system automation and improve data flow between business systems.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to enhance user experience, accessibility, and performance across intake forms and dashboards.
  • Define and enforce security, authentication, and governance best practices using Azure AD, Managed Identities, and Key Vault.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical reviews to align deliverables with stakeholder priorities.
  • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize application performance across environments.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, design diagrams, and deployment standards supporting scalable enterprise delivery.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of professional software development experience, including application architecture, design, and integration in enterprise environments.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Azure Web Apps, Functions, or related Azure services.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Strong experience designing and consuming APIs and RESTful services for system integration.
  • Proficiency in C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, and React (SPFx experience a plus).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines or other CI/CD automation tools.
  • Solid understanding of SQL Server and/or Oracle databases, stored procedures, and data modeling.
  • Proven experience collaborating with stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills; comfortable operating in an Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or other low-code AI integrations.
  • Exposure to Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit and governance practices.
  • Familiarity with Azure API Management, Logic Apps, and Application Insights for monitoring and telemetry.
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) certification.
  • Experience working within large-scale IT transformation projects or modernization programs.

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $110,500 to $120,300 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
