Overview
We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with 7+ years of experience designing and delivering
enterprise-level reporting and analytics solutions. This individual will partner closely with business
stakeholders to transform complex data into actionable insights through scalable dashboards and
reporting frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain interactive PowerBI Dashboards and reports
- Connect and integrate data from multiple sources (SQL Server, Azure, Excel etc.)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate business into technical solutions
- Support Data validation, testing and quality assurance efforts
- Document data models, transformations, and reporting logic
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years in PowerBI Development
- Strong expertise in DAX and data modeling
- Advanced SQL skills
- Experience working with relational databases and data warehousing concepts
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business users
Preferred:
- Experience with Azure (Azure SQL, Data Factory, Synapse, etc.)
- Experience with ETL princesses and data transformations
- Familiarity with security roles and row-level security in Power BI
- Experience working in agile environments
