POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Post-Production Coordinator to manage projects from initiation through final delivery, with a strong emphasis on retouching annotation, project management, cross-functional communication, and quality control. This role is critical in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of photo and print assets in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
Reports to: Associate & Senior Manager Producers
Other Key Relationships: Creative, Studio, Project Management, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Sample Library
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in the Creative department to:
  • Develop and manage post-production timelines to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with project management and shoot production teams to align on scope, budget, and schedules.
  • Maintain and share daily status updates for active projects.
  • Source and produce printed, branded or gifting materials.
  • Book external retouchers/post-houses based on project scope and creative direction.
  • Managing communication with external partners, from art release, creative approvals through final delivery.
  • Coordinate retouching and color reviews with creative and production teams, both in-person and remotely.
  • Verify final artwork specs (color space, file size, etc.) before distribution.
  • Organize final assets according to archival standards.
  • Monitor budgets and flag scope changes during project execution.
  • Process invoices and purchase orders promptly

An outstanding professional will have :
  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of production experience.
  • Strong eye for retouching/color and understanding of print production specs.
  • Photoshop proficiency (retouching/color) is a plus.
  • Solid grasp of photography capture, retouching, and color workflows.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Adobe AEM).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

BASE PAY RANGE $65,000.00 TO $70,000.00 Annually
