We are looking for a Project & PMI (Post-Merger Integration) Manager to join our U.S. team. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize workflows and processes between Enlight’s headquarters and its U.S. subsidiary - Clēnera, ensuring operational efficiency and streamlined collaboration across locations.
Responsibilities- Design, optimize, and drive business processes and workflows across various organizational units
- Implement post-merger integration processes to ensure streamlined collaboration and operational alignment
- Set Measures to analyze process effectiveness
- Train teams on structured procedures and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the U.S. and Israel to identify opportunities and risks and solve problems
- Academic degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field in the energy sector
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in process management
- Proven experience in operations research, workflow optimization, and cross-functional process planning
- Ability to structure procedures, conduct training, and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Professional experience in the U.S. and familiarity with Israeli organizations
- Skills: Adaptability, team leadership, analytical thinking, excellent interpersonal communication, independent work ability
- U.S. resident and high-level English speaker
