Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks for listed tokens by implementing risk control frameworks to ensure project and operational security.
- Conduct root cause analysis using both on-chain and off-chain analytics to investigate incidents and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Manage project requests from external partners (e.g., rebranding, token swaps, mainnet integration, airdrops).
- Handle operational requests (e.g., legal agreements, risk control systems, bot enhancements).
- Oversee project implementation to ensure successful delivery, including stakeholder management and adherence to SOP stages.
- Optimize structures and processes to improve request management and execution.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with on-chain data analysis and a strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems and tokenomics.
- Proficient in data querying languages such as SQL and Python, and experienced with analytics tools like Dune, Flipside, and Nansen.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and effective teamwork.
- High level of integrity, ownership, and resilience in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
