Job Description

We are seeking an experienced PMO Director to lead our Professional Services Project Management Office and oversee delivery of client-facing projects—including EDI Managed Services partner onboarding, B2B/EDI integration, and Analytics initiatives. This role is responsible for managing a team of Project Managers and driving excellence in project execution, client satisfaction, and operational performance.

The PMO Director will establish delivery standards, ensure consistent use of formal methodologies, and maintain full visibility into project health across the portfolio. This includes oversight of planning, risk management, budget control, and resource allocation. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a relentless focus on results, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing a team of Project Managers.
  • Overseeing delivery of multiple concurrent client projects.
  • Driving consistent project execution using formal methodologies.
  • Managing budgets, forecasts, and project financial performance.
  • Serving as a senior client-facing escalation point.
  • Implementing standardized processes, tools, and metrics.
  • Ensuring high client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of project/program management experience; 5+ years in leadership.
  • Experience with EDI, B2B integrations, or technical onboarding projects is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to manage complex project portfolios and ensure execution excellence.
  • Strong financial, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for operational discipline and continuous improvement.
