The program manager leads collaborative teams to manage program execution, interacts with procurement and stakeholders, and generates program plans.
Job Description
Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.
The program manager will be working in a highly collaborative environment leading the functional areas to execute and successfully manage program execution. In addition, this position will require extensive interaction with the procurement authority, USG and FMS customer program management. In this position the candidate would be expected to have excellent communication skills, the drive to engage with both customers and users on a regular basis, generate program plans, develop near term and long strategies for future business.
Multiple products and multiple customer sets will add to the dynamics of the position. Having knowledge of US government procurement and reporting along with experience dealing with foreign direct commercial sales is a plus.

Planning and schedule development
Interpersonal relationship building with the functional staff members
Commitment to finance goals and schedules
Communication skills both internally and externally
Technical aptitude to understand the technology basis for the products
Some development experience
Program management (overal) experience on small to medium size programs.
Bachelors degree
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelors degree in a technical disciplined....desired.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $133333 - $226667
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
