The PLC Programmer will troubleshoot and support PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment, work within Ford GVOSS standards, and assist with automation and production support in a travel position.
Position Overview
We are currently seeking experienced PLC Programmers with Ford GVOSS experience for an immediate travel assignment in Kentucky. This is a great opportunity for candidates with automotive manufacturing experience who are comfortable working in fast-paced production environments and supporting plant automation systems.
This is a travel position offering per diem and overtime opportunities.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and support PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment
- Work within Ford GVOSS standards and procedures
- Support production uptime and automation troubleshooting
- Modify and troubleshoot PLC programs as needed
- Assist with startup, commissioning, and production support
- Work closely with maintenance and engineering teams on the plant floor
- Ford GVOSS experience required
- Strong PLC troubleshooting and programming background
- Experience with Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens PLCs
- Automotive manufacturing experience required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be open to travel and flexible with scheduling
- Available to start ASAP
