In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the technical and presentation quality of channel output in accordance with client schedules, ensuring a high-quality, well presented, and error-free transmission of channels or delivery of OTT-streams.
What you will do:- Monitor and maintain schedules for Playout, ensuring compliance with regulatory and client guidelines.- Conduct detailed checks to ensure all media/material is consistent with provided information, in accordance with RBM and client requirements.- Operate computerized single and multi-channel Playout equipment per agreed procedures.- Provide timely and effective communication with RBM Managers and clients regarding late changes or alterations.- Log details of any incidents on the appropriate systems and escalate to the Incident Manager as needed.- React swiftly to issues affecting transmission, utilizing emergency and manual processes to ensure minimal outage time.
