Position Title: Players Club Representative
Immediate Supervisor: Players Club Manager
Wage Information: Hourly
High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
Must successfully pass an extensive background check according to Kaw Nation Gaming Commission regulations to obtain a gaming license.
Flexible availability to work any shift as assigned, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Frequent lifting required, occasionally over 50 pounds.
Must follow directions well and work cooperatively in a small, enclosed team environment.
Assist the Marketing Director with events, drawings, and other promotional activities.
Perform all duties related to running promotional events as assigned by the supervisor.
Manage all match play sign-ups.
Collect drawing entries and conduct drawings.
Operate promotions through the player tracking system.
Follow all department policies and procedures.
Maintain positive relationships with co-workers, management, and the public.
Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring the highest standards are met at all times.
Prepare all necessary supplies for each shift.
Accurately count and legibly record numbers.
Stand for long periods, with frequent bending and lifting required.
Monitor, stock, and clean the work area regularly.
Always act courteously and professionally toward co-workers, guests, and vendors.
Wear your gaming badge at all times while on duty or conducting casino business.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by your immediate or controlling supervisor.
