We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a sprint-based ecommerce platform team supporting 11 real estate brands across 4 technology stacks. This role is highly execution-oriented and focused on driving measurable improvements to ecommerce performance, website experience, and platform scalability. You will own sprint planning, prioritization, and delivery for ecommerce initiatives across brands, while serving as the primary ecommerce technology representative on our cross-functional ownership committee. This role requires strong operational leadership, cross-team coordination, and a deep understanding of ecommerce conversion, merchandising, and platform systems. What You'll Do:
- Sprint Leadership & Delivery
- Lead a dedicated ecommerce sprint team operating in a two-week Agile cadence.
- Own backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritization, and execution.
- Ensure roadmap commitments and business-critical work are delivered on time and at high quality.
- Balance roadmap initiatives, enhancements, and keep-the-business-running work within defined capacity allocations.
- Ecommerce Optimization Across Brands
- Drive continuous improvement of ecommerce performance across 11 brands and multiple tech stacks.
- Own initiatives related to: conversion rate optimization (CRO), merchandising and package presentation, checkout improvements, pricing display and framing, product detail page improvements, SEO and generative search readiness
- Standardize best practices while accounting for brand-specific needs.
- Platform Ownership & Governance
- Serve as the primary ecommerce technology representative on the ownership committee.
- Provide visibility into sprint progress, platform risks, and trade-offs.
- Advocate for scalable solutions across multiple technology stacks.
- Help define and enforce standards for ecommerce experience consistency.
- Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner closely with: Engineering pods (multiple stacks), UX and design, marketing and growth teams, content and curriculum teams
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and prioritized execution plans.
- Ensure alignment between ecommerce improvements and broader product strategy.
- Data-Driven Performance Management
- Define and track key ecommerce metrics, including: conversion rate, average order value, Revenue per visitor, funnel progression
- Run structured experiments and A/B tests.
- Use insights to continuously refine backlog priorities.
- Multi-Stack Platform Coordination
- Navigate and optimize across four technology stacks.
- Identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and long-term rationalization.
- Ensure changes are implemented consistently across brands where appropriate.
What You'll Need to be Successful:
- 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in ecommerce or multi-brand digital environments.
- Proven experience running Agile sprint teams.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, conversion optimization, and digital merchandising.
- Experience managing complex, multi-brand or multi-platform environments.
- Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
- Familiarity with modern product tools (JIRA, analytics platforms, experimentation tools) Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus.
