Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way.
The Community You Will Join
Airbnb is a vision- and mission-driven company. Our Product Managers embody this culture and mindset. They imagine the ideal end state for our community (guests and hosts) and work backward from it, challenging current assumptions. They champion winning strategies, leverage metrics to track progress, and partner with talented cross-functional teammates (engineering, design, data science, and more). Highly hands-on, they are never afraid to roll up their sleeves to deliver the right outcome for our community. If you’re excited to help us create a world where anyone can belong anywhere, we’d love to meet you.
AirCover is the most comprehensive protection in travel. It helps our host and guest communities enjoy peace of mind through protection programs unmatched in the industry. AirCover for Hosts, AirCover for Guests, and Guest Travel Insurance provide top-to-bottom coverage for listings and bookings. Our vision is to design and deliver products that let everyone host and travel with confidence. To realize this vision, we’re seeking leaders who can strengthen our current offerings and conceive new ones.
