Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $105835 - $179920
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

As planning manager, you will:
- Provide Guidance and oversight to schedulers in development of ship repair integrated master schedules, as well as schedules for multiple DOD projects
- Develop and maintain IPS and MS and oversee the development and maintenance of schedules in support of program and project managers
- Lead and mentor team members to improve schedules and resource forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resources to meet goals
- Identify risks and provide mitigation plans
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve scheduling and resource forecasting
- Provide support for new business development and financial planning
- Ensure compliance industry regulations, standards and company policies
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in related field (ex. Engineering, business, management) and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience.
- Experience in scheduling/planning
- Experience in performance management (KPI, Metrics, etc.)
- Experience in Data Analytics and reporting to support stakeholder decision making.
- Knowledge of earned value management (EVM)
- Knowledge of planning/scheduling principles (integrated master plans (IMPs), integrated master schedules (IMSs), critical path, etc.)
- Knowledge of program/project management methodologies (Gantt, PERT, etc.)
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience in US Navy Ship Repair, Yacht Repair, Shipbuilding or maritime industry
- Experience with Deltek Open Plan software or similar scheduling software
- Experience with Deltek Cobra software or similar EVM tools
