ABOUT THE TEAM

The Global Deployment & Planning organization is seeking a Planning Analyst to join our team. The Planning organization plays a critical role in driving operational outcomes by translating demand insights into precise production and procurement signals. The Planning Analyst will join this rapidly growing team to partner directly with planning leadership and plan owners to architect and implement workflows, tools and metrics that drive improvements to operational performance and efficiency. Further, this person will provide analytical horsepower to uncover actionable insights from complex data sets. We are looking for this individual to level-up our analytical capabilities and play a major role in supporting our ability to plan effectively at scale.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

· Partner with Planning leadership and Anduril’s Analytics team to develop reporting capabilities at scale that provide visibility to planning performance in near real-time; key KPIs include forecast accuracy, fill rates and inventory turns.

· Perform ad-hoc data analysis that uncovers insights on internal and external drivers of forecasted demand

· Perform ad-hoc data analysis on inventory stocking strategies that balances service levels and overall profitability

· Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to evaluate the impact of market and contract volatility on inventory and service levels

· Collaborate with Anduril’s corporate Analytics team to expand our ontologies and generalize data and workflow products across the entire production organization

· Act as a subject matter expert for planning systems and tools, supporting upgrades, enhancements, and best practice adoption across the organization

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· 4+ years of experience in an analytics focused role – Supply Chain Analytics, Data Analyst or Analyst / Consultant with a strong supply chain background

· You’re deeply intellectually interested in the intersection of analytics and the real, physical, atoms-based, hardware world and are motivated by Anduril’s mission

· You’re energized by business impact & a self-starter: you’d rather build an imperfect solution quickly that is used by many people than a perfect solution that collects dust

· You thrive in cross-functional projects that have a heavy combination of technical requirements and user-focused workflows

· Expert with SQL and experience with Python or other programming languages

· Experience with BI and Analytics tools: Power BI, Looker/Tableau, Palantir Foundry

Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
