職務内容サマリ
Micron Technology, Inc. 広島Fabにおいて, Photo（DUV Scanner）エリアの装置エンジニアとして, 量産ラインにおける露光装置の安定稼働, 性能向上, 歩留まり改善をリードしていただきます。
本ポジションでは, 露光装置の構造• 動作原理を深く理解した上で, 装置起因の異常解析, 再発防止, プロセス安定化を主体的に推進します。プロセスエンジニア, FAC, 品質, ベンダー（装置メーカー）と密に連携し, 量産環境における品質• 生産性• コスト• リスクの最適化を担います。
職務内容
装置• 量産安定化

• DUV Scanner装置の構造• 制御• 光学系を理解した上での量産装置管理
• 装置稼働率（Availability / Productivity）向上に向けた改善活動の立案• 実行
• ベースライン維持, ドリフト管理, 再現性確保に関する技術的リード

トラブルシューティング• 異常解析

• 装置起因の異常に対する迅速な切り分け• 原因特定• 恒久対策
• 故障解析, FMEA, 8D 等の手法を用いた再発防止活動
• 複合要因（装置• プロセス• 材料• 運用）を考慮した問題解決

装置• プロセス改善

• アライメント, フォーカス, 露光量, オーバーレイ等の露光関連パラメータ最適化
• プロセス能力（Cp/Cpk）向上および製造コスト削減に向けた改善推進
• 装置• ソフトウェアアップグレードの計画, 導入, 量産リリース対応

立ち上げ• 評価

• 新規装置• 改造装置の立ち上げ, 量産認定（Baseline / Release）対応
• 新材料• 新プロセス導入時の装置観点での評価• リスク整理
• ベンダーとの技術ディスカッション, 仕様レビュー, 課題解決推進

クロスファンクショナル連携

• プロセス, 品質, FAC, EHS, サプライヤーと連携した改善活動
• 品質• コスト• リスク管理目標達成に向けた監査• 是正対応

応募資格

• 理工系学士号, または同等の実務経験
• 装置トラブルに対し, 構造• 原理に基づいて原因を考え抜ける問題解決力
• 日本語での業務コミュニケーション能力（読み書き• 会話）

歓迎要件

• Lithography / Photo / DUV Scanner 装置の実務経験
• 半導体製造装置エンジニアとしての実務経験
• 量産Fabにおける装置立ち上げ, 安定化, 異常解析の経験
• 装置メーカー（例：ASML 等）との技術折衝• 共同トラブル対応経験
• FMEA, SPC, 8D 等を用いた体系的な改善活動の実践経験
• 英語での業務コミュニケーション能力（読み書き• 会話）
