The Opportunity
As a Pharma & MedTech End-to-End Supply Chain Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize their supply chain operations, enhancing visibility and collaboration. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will focus on analyzing supply chain processes, identifying improvement areas, and developing strategies to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. Your role will involve providing guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
In this role, you will build meaningful client connections, navigate complex situations, and deepen your technical skills. You will anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality even when the path forward is unclear.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance operational efficiency
- Developing strategies to optimize end-to-end supply chain operations and increase responsiveness
- Collaborating with clients to streamline processes and improve productivity through data-driven insights
- Utilizing supply chain management software to create a connected and agile supply chain network
- Providing guidance on technology and data analytics to support supply chain transformation initiatives
- Managing client relationships and building meaningful connections to understand and anticipate client needs
- Leading teams in the execution of supply chain optimization projects, confirming timely delivery of quality outcomes
- Implementing cost management and budgetary strategies to reduce operational costs and improve financial performance
- Overseeing inventory management and distribution channel optimization to enhance supply chain performance
- Embracing change and fostering a culture of innovation to drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Engineering Physics, Industrial and Operations Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Project Engineering & Management, Biomedical Science, Computer and Information Science, Data Processing/Analytics/Science

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
