If you’re an experienced Personal Lines Broker who’s passionate about leading and coaching high-performing salespeople to reach new heights – we want you on our team. 
 

What you’ll do 
We’re a fast-growing company where every day is going to be different. In this dynamic environment, you’ll work with our Sales Manager to support and lead a team of 8-10 Personal Lines Sales Brokers, set clear goals that are aligned to strategy and provide exceptional customer service at every step.   
 
You’ll monitor the day-to-day operation and performance of the team and report key metrics. You’ll assist with onboarding and training new teammates while helping the entire team excel through coaching, mentoring and identifying growth opportunities.  
 

You’ll track performance targets around lead volume, lead sources, conversation rate and more while developing strategies to strengthen results. You’ll also continuously recommend improvements to workflows, sales processes and ways to enhance the customer journey.  
 
You’ll oversee complex personal lines accounts and collaborate on cross-department projects to create exciting industry-leading solutions for our clients. You’ll also be a champion of change management, encouraging the team to embrace new mindsets, ideas and processes as we build and transform our business.  
 
You understand why it’s important for everyone to love what they do and believe in open and collaborative work environments where employees feel valued, heard and are encouraged to have fun.  
 

Your qualifications 
 You’ve worked at an insurance brokerage for at least five years, have your RIBO license and possess a deep knowledge of Personal Lines products. You also have experience with leading and developing sales teams.  
 
You’re a motivated self-starter that loves taking initiative and absolutely thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple deadlines. You’re also a critical thinker that’s detail oriented and has strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills. And on top of all that, you have top-notch oral and written communication skills. 
 
Having your bachelor’s degree and additional insurance education is a definite asset.
