We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Personal Lines Producer to join our team and help us continue to grow. 
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in financial services or successful P&C sales experience who is looking to build a rewarding career in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance and financial products.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Meet sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the agency.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial services or proven success as a P&C producer.
  • Active P&C and Health/Life licenses.
  • Strong sales and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Coachable and eager to learn.
