Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, meetings, and email correspondence
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks
- Assist with travel planning and virtual events
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
- Prior experience in a similar assistant role preferred
- Must live in the U.S. and be authorized to work in the U.S.
