About This RoleWith millions of players and revenue scaling fast, we’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager to own campaigns across our portfolio and help take our growth to the next level. You’ll work side-by-side with our Performance Marketing Director, diving deep into daily optimizations, testing new channels, and turning insights into creative strategies that drive scale.
Every experiment you run and every insight you share will directly shape how millions of players discover and engage with our games. You’ll have the freedom to experiment across various networks such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, DSPs, and emerging platforms like CTV and rewarded formats all while collaborating closely with product, creative, and analytics. If you’re hungry for autonomy, impact, and the chance to grow into a true User Acquisition (UA) powerhouse, this is the role.
Own UA Campaigns
Plan, launch, and optimize UA campaigns across major paid channels, including self-attributing networks, SDK networks, and programmatic DSPs.
Drive performance in emerging channels such as Rewarded CPE, Re-engagement and CTV.
Manage campaigns across multiple titles in the portfolio, ensuring each game scales efficiently.
Proactively test new partners, channels, and optimization strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
Leverage subscription monetization models to diversify growth.
Collaborate & Influence
Build and maintain strong relationships with key media partners, negotiating opportunities to expand reach and efficiency.
Partner with producers, creative teams, and analysts to align UA strategies with in-game KPIs and monetization goals.
Act as an advocate for UA within Battle Creek Games, driving forward key initiatives and knowledge sharing.
Analyze & Improve
Use attribution platforms (AppsFlyer) and analytics tools (e.g., Metabase) to evaluate campaign performance.
Monitor and optimize toward ROAS and lifetime value.
Share insights internally to fuel a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Innovate & Grow
Work directly with the Director of Performance Marketing to design and execute innovative growth strategies.
Experiment with new hypotheses for scaling our games, balancing paid and organic efforts.
Contribute ideas that challenge the status quo and inspire new approaches.
3 - 5 years of experience in mobile user acquisition, performance marketing, or media buying (gaming experience strongly preferred).
Hands-on experience running UA campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, and SDK/programmatic networks.
Solid grasp of ASO best practices and how they impact UA funnels.
Strong working knowledge of attribution and ad analytics platforms.
Proven ability to manage and optimize budgets with a focus on ROAS.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL familiarity a plus. Comfort with AI tools to improve efficiency.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Passion for games, especially free-to-play mobile titles.
Experience with subscription models.
A love of motorsports and racing games.
