About EliseAI
EliseAI develops cutting-edge conversational AI technology for industries fundamental to our lives: housing and healthcare. Everything is built on the foundation of health and home. Broken systems or ineffective processes in these domains have a disproportionate impact on our quality of life and society’s overall wellbeing. Conversely, any solution or technology that solves problems in these areas will have an impact that ripples far beyond them.
That’s the only kind of impact we are interested in having at EliseAI. If you get excited by the thought of working really hard on these kinds of problems, then EliseAI is the right place for you.
About The Role
We’re looking for a data-driven, creative, and performance-obsessed Performance Marketing Lead to own and scale our paid media efforts. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing full-funnel digital advertising strategies across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, Twitter, display, and programmatic. If you live for A/B testing, have strong opinions about bid strategies, and get excited about squeezing more performance out of every dollar spent this role is for you.
Ideally, you bring experience from a fast-paced agency environment and are fluent in the language of CPCs, CTRs, ROAS, and CAC.
Key Responsibilities
Own execution and optimization for all paid digital advertising channels (Paid Search, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, X/Twitter, programmatic, Spotify, display, and more)
Identify campaigns and build strategy for digital media advertising alongside the broader marketing team
Build and run experiments across audiences, channels, formats, and creatives to drive pipeline and improve CAC
Manage budgets and pacing across campaigns, continuously reallocating based on performance
Partner with design and content teams to create ad assets that convert, and with analytics to track, test, and report on performance
Develop and iterate on bidding strategies to maximize performance across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages
Evaluate and test new channels and tools to stay ahead of the curve
Requirements
2–4 years of performance marketing experience with deep expertise in paid social and programmatic channels; agency background strongly preferred
Proven success running full-funnel B2B or SaaS campaigns that deliver measurable results, particularly in high-consideration buyer journeys
Proficient in platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Meta Business Manager, Reddit Ads, and tools such as Google Tag Manager, Looker, and GA4
Skilled in A/B testing, attribution modeling, funnel optimization, and budget management, with a strong analytical mindset and experience in ROI reporting
Comfortable with rapid experimentation—launching fast, iterating quickly, and scaling what works
Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (e.g., Google, LinkedIn, AdRoll) and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot
Strong communicator with the ability to turn complex analysis into clear insights and actionable recommendations
A proactive, adaptable team player with a bias for action, ownership mentality, and a passion for continuous learning
Bonus: experience marketing AI or tech products
Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
Why Join
Growth and impact. It’s not often that you can get in on the ground floor of a funded (unicorn!) startup that’s scaling. That means that instead of following a playbook, you’ll be writing it. Every single day you will be challenged to identify how we can scale and execute on it. You’ll learn what works when you succeed and what doesn’t when you fail. Either way, the rest of the team will be here to support you.
Benefits
In addition to the growth and impact you’ll have at EliseAI, we offer competitive salaries along with the following benefits:
Equity in the company in the form of stock options
Medical, Dental and Vision premiums covered at 100%
Fully paid parental leave
Commuter benefits
401k benefits
Monthly fitness stipend
A collaborative in-office environment with an open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, and company-paid lunch
Fun company social events through our Elise and the City program
Unlimited vacation and paid holidays
We'll cover relocation packages and make the move exciting, not painful!
