About EliseAI
EliseAI develops cutting-edge conversational AI technology for industries fundamental to our lives: housing and healthcare. Everything is built on the foundation of health and home. Broken systems or ineffective processes in these domains have a disproportionate impact on our quality of life and society’s overall wellbeing. Conversely, any solution or technology that solves problems in these areas will have an impact that ripples far beyond them.
That’s the only kind of impact we are interested in having at EliseAI. If you get excited by the thought of working really hard on these kinds of problems, then EliseAI is the right place for you.
About the Role
We’re looking for a data-obsessed Performance Marketing Lead who loves turning numbers into narratives and building the plumbing that makes great marketing runs. You’ll sit at the intersection of analytics and marketing operations—helping build measurement frameworks that guide strategy, owning the tech stack that powers execution, and translating insights into campaign initiatives that scale.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Analytics & Insights
Own platform management and reporting for core paid channels (LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, and emerging platforms)
Work with the Growth Marketing Manager to set KPIs, manage budgets, monitor pacing, and surface optimizations that maximize spend efficiency
Build dashboards to monitor lead flow, attribution, CPL, MQLs, Opportunities, CAC, and ROI.
Deep-dive into paid campaigns performance to uncover trends, generate actionable insights, and present recommendations to the wider marketing team
Track website traffic and conversion funnels end-to-end: help implement and maintain tracking (GA4, HubSpot, tag managers), and help translate findings into tests that boost visit-to-lead and lead-to-opportunity rates alongside the broader marketing team
Help support A/B tests on landing pages, forms, and email sequences to improve CVR
Marketing Operations
Help support and own our marketing tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook, attribution tools, and supporting integrations)
Help manage and set up internal webinars, ensuring all internal stakeholders are aligned, content is developed, and support post webinar tracking
Build and optimize HubSpot assets—workflows, dynamic lists, automated email programs to support marketing campaigns
Implement and maintain lead scoring, lead stamping, and lifecycle stages within HubSpot.
Ensure data hygiene, automation accuracy, and airtight syncs between marketing and CRM systems
Requirements
3-5 years in marketing analytics, growth, or marketing operations - ideally in a B2B SaaS, startup, or agency environment
Experience owning or leveraging paid media platforms (such as Google, LinkedIn, AdRoll).
Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot
Experience tracking performance metrics, building attribution models, and ROI reporting that help influence budget allocation
Strong grasp of A/B testing, funnel optimization, and statistical significance
Ability to translate complex analysis into clear stories and recommendations
A bias for action, ownership mentality, passion for continuous improvement, and willingness to learn
Willingness to work in person at our NYC office 4-5 days a week.
Why Join
Growth and impact. It’s not often that you can get in on the ground floor of a funded (unicorn!) startup that’s scaling. That means that instead of following a playbook, you’ll be writing it. Every single day you will be challenged to identify how we can scale and execute on it. You’ll learn what works when you succeed and what doesn’t when you fail. Either way, the rest of the team will be here to support you.
Benefits
In addition to the growth and impact you’ll have at EliseAI, we offer competitive salaries along with the following benefits:
Equity in the company in the form of stock options
Medical, Dental and Vision premiums covered at 100%
Fully paid parental leave
Commuter benefits
401k benefits
Monthly fitness stipend
A collaborative in-office environment with an open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, and company-paid lunch.
Fun company social events through our Elise and the City program
Unlimited vacation and paid holidays
We'll cover relocation packages and make the move exciting, not painful!
