This is a full-time, 100% remote opportunity for creative professionals based in LATAM who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy producing high-performing paid social content at scale. The ideal candidate has strong experience creating short-form video ads, understands direct-response marketing, and knows how to design content that resonates with audiences in the United States and Europe.
- Design high-converting paid social creatives for Meta and TikTok campaigns.
- Create engaging short-form video advertisements using CapCut.
- Develop static and motion-based ad creatives in Canva.
- Produce creative assets optimized for direct-response marketing objectives.
- Design campaigns specifically for US and European target audiences.
- Deliver high volumes of creative assets while maintaining excellent quality standards.
- Apply strong attention to detail across every stage of the creative process.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and creative teams to improve campaign performance continuously.
- Adapt creative concepts based on campaign insights and performance data.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule in a fast-moving production environment.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of professional experience creating performance marketing creatives.
- Proven experience producing paid social content for Meta and TikTok.
- Advanced proficiency in CapCut.
- Strong Canva design skills.
- Experience creating content for US and/or European markets.
- Solid understanding of direct-response advertising principles.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment.
- Mid-level or Senior-level Performance Marketing Designer.
- Portfolio demonstrating high-performing paid social creatives.
- Strong visual storytelling and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to receive feedback and iterate quickly.
- Experience working remotely within collaborative international teams is a plus
