We’re looking for an exceptional People & Talent leader to help us grow Fay. As the first person on this team, you will be instrumental in shaping, nurturing, and developing our dynamic and high-performing company. Your strategic vision will drive the development and execution of HR initiatives that align with Fay's ambitious growth goals.

What you'll be doing:

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring we attract and hire top talent across the organization
  • Employee Experience: Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compliance, payroll, and benefits administration

Your skills & experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in an HR leadership role, preferably in a scaling tech startup environment
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams
  • Exceptional recruiting and people experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Adaptable problem solver
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
