In this role, you will:
- Guide and support managers and employees on performance management, employee relations, development, conflict resolution, and other day-to-day people matters.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers within assigned teams or functional areas, handling basic people-related inquiries and escalating more complex issues as needed.
- You will act as a coach and partner to our managers to strengthen and support their skills in performance coaching, handling difficult conversations, creating get-well plans , and other employee-focused challenges.
- You will keep a pulse on employee engagement and advocate for changes that enhance the overall employee experience.
- Conduct exit interviews and run with people initiatives, where you will collect feedback, compile data, and share recommendations with PS leaders and functional areas.
- Be a champion and advocate of our mission, values, and culture by fostering values-driven solutions.
- Act as a connector across departments, identifying small moments that create a significant impact on employee satisfaction and engagement
- Escalate more complex people matters to Sr. People Strategist and/or Sr. Manager.
- Provide support on various ad-hoc PS projects, which may include research, data analysis, process improvement, and the development of PS materials.
- This is a Hybrid Role that requires 3 days in the Office/Week.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or Business Administration, or a related field.
- Approximately 1-2 years of experience on a Talent/People Team/related role
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
