About the Role:
CoreWeave's People Business Partner team runs a growing portfolio of programs and the operational surface area is expanding alongside the company. We're looking for a People Program Manager to own the systems, workflows, and program infrastructure that enables the PBP team to operate at their best.
This is a builder role with real ownership—you'll drive operational program work for the whole function. If you're energized by getting into the details of tools and processes — and by creating the structure that makes a high-performing HR function possible — this is the role for you.
Your Impact Will Be Felt Across Various Dimensions
- Systems Ownership: Own our survey and performance management platforms end-to-end including configuration, troubleshooting, reporting, and feature rollout across the PBP team.
- Team Operating Rhythm: Own project management hygiene for the team, including project setup, task tracking, and milestone visibility so the team operates with clarity and momentum.
- AI & Tooling: Manage our AI tooling, including adoption across the PBP function, identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve team efficiency.
- Program Operations: Drive operational execution of the team’s programs including MBR logistics, engagement survey cycles, performance review infrastructure, and headcount planning workflows.
- Change Management Support: Build and maintain workflows and playbooks that PBPs use to support their business units through organizational change.
- Employee Lifecycle Support: Support employee lifecycle workflows and partner closely with People Ops on process alignment and handoffs, ensuring consistency.
Wondering if you're a good fit?
We believe in investing in our people and value candidates who can bring their own diverse experiences to our teams—even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match. Here are a few qualities we've found make people thrive here:
- Be Curious at Your Core: You ask thoughtful questions, seek to understand root causes, and apply learnings to improve outcomes.
- Act Like an Owner: You take responsibility for your cases and follow through with care and attention to detail.
- Empower Employees: You champion an equitable employee experience by coaching leaders and ensuring employees feel heard, supported, and treated fairly.
- Deliver Best-in-Class Client Experiences: You approach managers, employees, and cross-functional partners with professionalism, empathy, and consistency, ensuring they feel supported in even the most challenging moments.
- Achieve More Together: You collaborate seamlessly with People Business Partners, and other People teams, recognizing that the best solutions come from working as one team with shared goals.
