Finni Health is one of the fastest-growing companies in behavioral health — 200% YoY growth, approaching profitability, and backed by Y Combinator, General Catalyst, and leading digital health founders.
We’re reimagining how ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) clinics operate — giving independent providers the tools, systems, and support to build thriving, patient-centered practices. Our mission is to make healthcare a fundamental right, not a privilege — and help therapists focus on what actually matters: delivering life-changing care to kids and families.
Now we’re looking for a People Operations Lead — part builder, part operator, part strategist — to design the systems and culture that power our people. You’ll help Finni scale from hundreds to thousands of clinicians by building the processes, programs, and experiences that make our team unstoppable.
What You’ll Do⚙️ Build the People Engine
Own and optimize the entire employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, development, and retention.
Create scalable systems for hiring, performance management, and growth tracking.
Design processes that help us manage 10x more people with 10x more clarity.
💡 Turn Chaos Into Systems
Translate the messy, fast-moving world of a high-growth startup into organized, repeatable workflows.
Build dashboards that make headcount, hiring, and team performance visible and actionable.
Anticipate bottlenecks and build proactive solutions before they become fires.
🤝 Be the Culture Architect
Build a culture of accountability, transparency, and ownership across remote teams.
Partner with leadership to define how we hire, promote, and develop people who reflect Finni’s mission and values.
Create people programs that scale — from recognition and feedback systems to growth frameworks.
📈 Drive Operational Clarity
Partner with Finance, Provider Success, and Operations to align team structure with company growth.
Maintain workforce planning, compensation visibility, and organizational design.
Own reporting and insights that help leadership make better people decisions, faster.
🏗️ Build for Scale
Automate where possible, streamline where necessary, and humanize what matters.
Build internal tools and playbooks that help us scale the “Finni way” — fast, data-driven, and deeply mission-aligned.
Continuously improve how we hire, onboard, and empower our team to deliver world-class care.
4–8 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or Business Operations — ideally in a fast-scaling startup.
A systems thinker with a bias for action — you don’t just design policies, you make them work.
Comfortable building from zero to one — you love structure, but only if it’s earned.
A strong communicator who balances empathy with accountability.
Obsessed with clarity, culture, and execution.
Bonus: experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or multi-site service operations.
You’ll shape the infrastructure and culture of one of the fastest-growing healthcare startups in the country.
You’ll work directly with the leadership team to build scalable people systems from the ground up.
You’ll get to mix mission-driven impact with startup velocity — improving care for families while building something that truly matters.
You’ll have the autonomy to design, experiment, and implement ideas that scale across hundreds of providers.
Finni Health is where builders come to make healthcare better — and make teams unstoppable.
If you’re obsessed with people, process, and progress — we want to talk to you..
