Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and systems-focused People Operations Analyst for a contract role for maternity leave coverage. This individual will serve as a key resource for the People Operations team, focusing on Workday administration, system health, and data reporting. The Analyst will ensure the accuracy and integrity of our employee data and systems while supporting the team with ongoing operational needs.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience with Workday HCM, a keen eye for data integrity, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The Analyst will manage the dedicated Workday administrative and Help Desk responsibilities in partnership with our support vendor, TopBloc.
What you will do:
Workday Systems Analysis & Administration
- Manage and prioritize Help Desk inquiries related to Workday and escalate system issues in partnership with our support vendor, TopBloc.
- Analyze and maintain data integrity within Workday HCM through regular audits and proactive monitoring.
- Support Workday testing activities for updates, changes, and new functionality.
- Conduct business process reviews and recommend system configuration improvements to enhance efficiency and the user experience.
- Perform routine Workday Administration tasks, including:
- Managing Inbox Approval Tasks and ensuring timely completion of transactions.
- Executing specific business processes for Hiring and generating Termination letters
- Reviewing and updating alternate work location addresses for remote employees
- Creating and modifying Supervisory Organizations (Sup Org) and performing security administration
- Maintaining Job Profiles
- Support the People Operations team with report generation and developing custom reports as required for internal stakeholders.
What you will bring to SmithRx:
- Workday Expertise: Demonstrated hands-on experience with Workday administration, including managing business processes, inbox tasks, security, and advanced reporting.
- Systems Analysis: Proven ability to analyze HR processes and system workflows to identify pain points and implement technical solutions within an HCM.
- Data Integrity: Demonstrated commitment to and experience in maintaining high levels of data accuracy and integrity within HR systems. Strong attention to detail is crucial.
- Organization: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work 9:00am-5:00pm Pacific Time
