About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, resourceful People Operations Generalist to join our small but mighty team. You’ll be the operational backbone that helps bring our People strategy to life — managing everything from onboarding to offboarding, recruiting to retention, systems to culture.

Reporting to the VP of Operations and works closely with department heads of Sales, Marketing, Product, Creative and Production.

What You’ll Do

Employee Experience & Retention

  • Conduct regular stay interviews and pulse check-ins to help strengthen engagement and retention.
  • Support ongoing culture initiatives and company-wide events that bring our values to life.

People Operations & HR Business Partnering

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and issue escalation.
  • Own new hire onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth transitions and consistent success
  • Assist in compensation benchmarking, performance review calibration, and total rewards planning in partnership with Finance.
  • Own semi-annual performance review process and rollout.
  • Support compensation review cycle management and collaborate with Finance on bonus and variable pay modeling to ensure alignment between performance and business results.
  • Coordinate benefits administration, visa renewals, and compliance documentation.
  • Own PEO relationship.
  • Partner on investigations, complaints, and employee relations matters.
  • Manage HRIS data integrity (HiBob champion) and own core people systems (Greenhouse, Slack, Google Workspace, Monday.com, Jira, etc.).
  • Track metrics around headcount, retention, engagement, and performance trends.
  • Supports inclusive practices across hiring, reviews, engagement programs to ensure equity and belonging at every stage of the employee journey.
  • Support HR compliance across US and international teams, coordinating with external partners on region-specific requirements and best practices.
  • Build dashboards and insights to support leadership in data-driven decisions around retention, engagement, and hiring.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Partner with the VP of Operations and hiring managers to post roles, manage candidates, and coordinate interviews.
  • Oversee end-to-end requisition management — from job description creation to offer preparation.
  • Own new hire onboarding, ensuring a consistent, thoughtful experience.

Events & Culture

  • Support planning and execution of company-wide events, off-sites, and celebrations.
  • Coordinate event budgets and expenses in partnership with Finance to ensure accurate forecasting and cost tracking.
  • Help bring creative ideas to strengthen connections across remote teams.

Technical Admin

  • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and integrations across key tools.
  • Manage contracts and onboarding/offboarding for internal contractors, including equipment handover and returns.
  • Troubleshoot or coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth system performance.
  • Assist in system cost-benefit analysis and business cases

Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or similar hybrid HR/office manager/systems roles.
  • Empathy + the ability to connect with individuals in a remote environment
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and best practices.
  • Experience managing HRIS (HiBob preferred) and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse).
  • Tech-savvy with strong Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tool experience.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Organized, reliable, and eager to execute with excellence.
  • A “no task too small” attitude! Willing to roll up your sleeves and help where needed.
Salary Range
  • $60,000 - $80,00 base   

*Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role) and market demands.
