RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.

We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.

We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.

This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.

The Role

RevenueCat is growing quickly, and we're looking for a People Ops Generalist to help us build a People experience that can scale with us. This is a highly hands-on role where you'll own and improve the systems, processes, and programs that support our employees throughout their journey at RevenueCat.

We're a global, remote-first company with a high bar for talent, and we hire great people wherever we find them. That creates a unique opportunity to build deep experience in global employment. You won't just support an international workforce — you'll continually learn how to employ people in new countries and navigate different EOR platforms, employment models, benefits, immigration, compliance, and other global People Operations challenges.

We're also continuing to grow our team, which means the way we operate today won't always work tomorrow. You'll have the opportunity to help shape what comes next, using AI and automation to rethink workflows, building more scalable onboarding and employee experiences, and finding better ways for employees and managers to get what they need without adding unnecessary process.

This role is ideal for someone who loves the details of People Operations and is equally excited about making those underlying systems and operations better. You'll have room to learn, experiment, build, and take on increasingly complex problems as RevenueCat grows, with meaningful ownership over how our People Operations function evolves.

About you
  • You have 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a similar role at a fast-moving tech company. We care more about the scope you've owned and how you approach problems than your exact title or years of experience.

  • You have hands-on experience managing employee data across HRIS, People systems, and documentation, with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.

  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented, and can reliably manage recurring operational processes without things falling through the cracks.

  • You are resourceful and curious. When you encounter something new, you know how to research it, ask the right questions, involve the right experts, and work toward a solution.

  • You look for ways to make People Operations better, not just keep it running. You're excited to use AI, automation, and thoughtful system design to reduce manual work and build more scalable processes and employee experiences.

  • You communicate clearly, warmly, and thoughtfully across different audiences, both in real time and through written, asynchronous formats.

  • You are high-ownership and comfortable with ambiguity. You notice what’s missing or broken, help create structure where there isn’t a playbook, and don’t wait to be asked to fix problems.

  • You handle sensitive employee information and confidential processes with discretion and sound judgment.

  • You have supported a remote team and are comfortable working with tools like Notion, Slack, and Zoom for remote collaboration.

  • Ideally, you have experience supporting a global workforce, including working with Employers of Record (EORs) or employees across multiple countries. Experience with immigration or global mobility is a plus.

In the first month, you'll:
  • Learn RevenueCat's People Operations systems, policies, and employee lifecycle.

  • Get up to speed on our HRIS, EOR partners, global employment models, and core People programs.

  • Begin supporting onboarding and serving as a first point of contact for common employee questions.

  • Understand where our current People processes are manual, fragmented, or could be improved through better systems, automation, or AI.

Within the first 3 months, you'll:
  • Own day-to-day People Operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data, lifecycle changes, and first-line employee support.

  • Coordinate recurring People programs such as new-hire feedback cycles and performance processes.

  • Partner with EOR providers and external experts on global employment, immigration, and country-specific questions.

  • Keep our People documentation and playbooks accurate, useful, and easy for employees and managers to navigate.

  • Start identifying opportunities to simplify workflows and use AI or automation to reduce repetitive work.

Within the first 6 months, you'll:
  • Independently own our core recurring People Operations workflows and proactively manage upcoming needs, deadlines, and risks.

  • Become a trusted internal resource for HR systems, global employment operations, and employee lifecycle processes.

  • Lead operational research for hiring in new countries, bringing together requirements, costs, timelines, benefits, and employment options to help inform decisions.

  • Redesign and automate key People workflows, particularly onboarding, using AI, automation, and better system design to reduce manual coordination while improving the employee and manager experience.

  • Own employee data quality and proactively identify opportunities to make our People systems and processes more accurate, efficient, and scalable.

Within the first 12 months, you'll:
  • Be a trusted owner of RevenueCat's core People Operations infrastructure and employee experience.

  • Anticipate operational needs and solve problems before they become blockers.

  • Help shape how RevenueCat's People Operations function scales, identifying where we need new systems, processes, automation, or support as our headcount and global footprint grow.

  • Independently research unfamiliar People Operations challenges, synthesize what you've learned, and recommend thoughtful solutions, rather than simply escalating the question.

  • Take ownership of increasingly complex People programs and projects and continue expanding your expertise across global employment, systems, and the employee experience.

What we offer:
  • Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator

  • 10-year window to exercise vested equity options

  • A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility

  • 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually

  • Paid desk at a co-working space

  • Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend
